Kyiv, Ukraine · Buyer-side concierge

Buy the right luxury car, verified before you sign.

We work for the buyer only. Market research, condition verification, negotiation and documentation support, delivered as a written dossier you can act on.

Buyer-side only. No dealer, importer or manufacturer relationship.

A buyer-side mandate, worked in three steps

We hold no dealer, importer or manufacturer relationship. Every step below is written for the person paying for the car.

  1. Step one

    Market research

A comparables list from the Ukrainian market: comparable listings with mileage, equipment and asking price, so you know what the car is worth before you make contact.

  2. Step two

    Condition verification

A panel-by-panel paint depth record, with chassis, engine bay, electronics and service history noted and each line marked pass or attention.

  3. Step three

    Negotiation and documentation

A written position sheet to open the talks, then a document checklist covering registration, customs and transfer of ownership in Ukraine.

The inspection ledger is illustrative methodology, not a promised outcome. See the inspection protocol

02 Verification

Buyer-side inspection protocol

Condition categories, checked panel by panel

A dossier records what was measured, not a verdict on whether a car is worth its asking price. We hold no dealer, importer or manufacturer relationship, so nothing in this ledger is shaped by a seller. Browse the four categories below.

  • Panel-by-panel paint depth record, corner to cornerRecorded
  • Gap widths across doors, bonnet and tailgateRecorded
  • Repaint or filler evidence, flagged for your reviewAttention note

This ledger describes our methodology. It is not a promised outcome, and findings vary with the individual vehicle you ask us to examine.

03Negotiation

Written offers, counteroffers, and the ticks between them

Seller added the second key set and a new set of tyres to the deal.

This ledger shows our method, not a promised outcome. Price movement depends on the car, the seller, and the day. We work for the buyer only and hold no dealer, importer, or manufacturer relationship. Request a dossier to see a full timeline for a specific car.

04Documentation

The file vault

Each dossier arrives as a named file set. The status badge shows what is finished, what is still in review, and what is waiting on the seller.

Status reflects the state of the file at delivery. We hold no dealer, importer or manufacturer relationship and issue no legal certification. Request the full dossier.
